*Session 2 of Beyond White Comfort*
From Auto-pilot to Awareness--Tools for Tracking & Unlearning Racism
What if the conditioning you've been carrying isn't who you are?
In this workshop, we explore one of the most liberating insights from racial justice work: racism operates at the social level, not just the individual level. This means the patterns we've inherited—the automatic responses, the unconscious assumptions—aren't personal failures. They're learned. And what's learned can be unlearned.
